Project Description:
This two storey house design is a five bedroom family home with unparalleled valley views as well as a phenomenal city outlook, was built on acreage just to the north of Toowoomba. Commercial level heavy construction has enabled the inclusion of a massive uninterrupted glass wall which highlights the extraordinary south and east views.
The client had very specific requirements around the accommodation required, the design, the materials specified and the construction of the home – all of which resulted in a unique build which showcased their own resources and skills.
ELIA Architecture was involved up to the completion of construction documentation.
