AAs a secretary at LGM SdnBhd, Anita ensures that she is responsible to her boss and colleagues in helping to ease their workloads by providing administrative support services to keep things running efficiently.

Certificate in Secretary & Administration

- Maintaining all assets of the company nationwide e.g. office furniture and equipment etc.
- Human Resources - Preparing monthly payroll, staff claims, staff attendance, overall leave.
- Updating and maintenance of employee files and database.
- Yearly preparation of E Form and EA Form as required by IRB.
- Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax/PCB and etc.
- Preparing and ensuring the timely submission of Service Tax/GST.
- To assist in preparing and verifying payments, cheques and vouchers.
- Accounts - updating accounts receivable and payable data entry into the system.
- Assistance in preparing full set of accounts.
- Responsible for clerical duties such as maintaining the filing system and preparing all related correspondence documentation.
- Handling and ordering of all stationery and office supplies.
- Handling incoming phone calls and managing messages.
- Attending to all visitors.
- Any other assignments/tasks as directed.
